FULL TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL TERMS
  1. Requesting a commission from me implies you have read and agreed to these terms.
  2. All artworks include my signature, which must not be removed.
  3. All artworks and drafts must NOT be used to train AI models of any kind.
  4. Unless otherwise agreed (in the case of a gift, etc.), I maintain the right to share the finished artwork on my social media, with watermarking.
  5. Pricing is not fixed and will depend upon your requests; please consult my pricing table for more information.
  6. I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

2. PAYMENT
  1. Payment must be made via PayPal only.
  2. Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
  3. Do not send me any payment before I have agreed to the commission. I will send you an invoice once your slot is confirmed.

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
  1. Two revisions are included in the price. Further revisions may cost you extra.
  2. Works in progress sent during sketch approval and revisions will be of lower quality than the final product.
  3. Turn-around time is from 1 week to 2 months, unless otherwise stated; emergency situations such as illness or high complexity requests may change this.

4. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
I, Ieva Dapkevicius, the artist:
  1. I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
  2. I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork;
  3. I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork;
  4. I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio and other social media accounts.

You, the client:
  1. You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels;
  2. You may print the artwork for yourself as a physical print;
  3. You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, making and selling prints, etc.) unless you have purchased commercial rights to it;
  4. You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent;
  5. You may NOT utilize the commissioned artwork and any drafts sent to you to train AI image generation models of any kind;
  6. You retain the rights to the IP represented.

The following is considered copyright infringement:
  1. Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially unless the rights for said use have been purchased;
  2. Claiming the artwork as your own;
  3. Removing my signature from the artwork;
  4. Using artwork created by me or drafts thereof to train AI models of any kind;
  5. Altering the artwork without my consent.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
  1. The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
  2. If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
  3. If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself. Requesting a chargeback without giving me the opportunity to refund you myself may cause you to be blacklisted from future commissions with me.
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE
  • Sketch that you must accept before I continue the work
  • Involvement in color plan/design (depending on the complexity of the commission)
  • A full-resolution file (300DPI) with simple gradient background, and a transparent background file
Files will be sent in PNG format by default; I can provide a PDF for printing purposes upon request.

I do not provide physical prints; however, you are welcome to get them at your preferred print shop!
